Good Mornings from COSRX Low PH Gel Cleanser!

Hi all! Its another korean skincare review as we are all obsessed with their perfect skin!

Well I believe their cool weather plays also a big role in their "invisible" looking pores and glass like skin and I can't have that in my country, at least their skincare brands and routine has been influencing us to achieve great looking skin! So for now, I am reviewing COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser, because I know that this is a go to product for acne prone and sensitive skin, which are the troubles of mine.

Let's get started and look at what this product does, its benefits and ingredients.

COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser is used as a deep facial cleanser and gentle exfoliator.

It has BHA content that gently removes dead skin cells and improve skin texture, tea trea oil for reducing acne/ breakouts and diminishes blemishes and the most fab thing about it is its low in pH, This means that its ideal for sensitive skin because of its gentle and non drying formulation, Our skin is normally acidic and and normally some cleansers are high in alkaline because they remove grime and dirt but could be drying on the skin, However, this product is low in pH has a gentle formulation and won't dry you out. Perfect if you have sensitive skin.

Thanks to the pore friendly ingredients of this product, its perfectly cares for those skin types that are sensitive and easily breaks out!

This gel type cleanser foams well compared to other gel type cleansers and I use it in the morning but I wouldn't recommend using it to wash off your make up. If you want, you can still use cleansing oil first or make up remover before using this product to wash off your face, Although it claims to effectively remove make up, I still feel like it needs another product to achieve it, However, its perfect for a morning wash for your face! This gentle cleanser boosts up your skin and makes it ready for the day ahead!

The scent I would say has a tea tree smell which is good. I like the more organic or minty smell rather than botanical flowery scent. The smell also doesn't linger so it leaves your skin just clean and pumped up.

VERDICT:

I am amazed by this product!!!

First, I get 150ml tube of this goody for 540php. That's a very good buy! I got mine in Beauty Manila, its also available in Althea PH.

Second, its low in pH, even if you forgot (for the lazy girls), to put on toner after wash, it doesn't trouble me much. This low pH formulation is also so gentle perfect for my sensitive skin.

Third, it minimizes my break outs, specially on days of my period when my hormones are acting crazy.

Fourth, it doesn't have a lingering scent, I like that personally.

Fifth, my skin in the morning feels happy, clean ang pumped up after using this gel cleanser!

Maybe one downside is it doesn't remove make up very well. However, that's not the main purpose of this product anyway. So overall, I would recommend you to try this. Specially if you have a sensitive acne prone skin like mine. This is a very good buy considering its not that expensive for its price.
