Hello K beauty junkies like me! I will be reviewing this Korean skincare product, The Face Shop's Clean Face Mild Toner.

ABOUT THE BRAND: THE FACE SHOP.

Created in Korea in 2003, THE FACE SHOP has revolutionized the world of cosmetics by bringing the nature to the service of beauty. THE FACE SHOP is a beauty destination offering a wide range of affordable high quality products born from botany. Committed to offering a wide selection of high-end cosmetics based on customer needs, THE FACE SHOP blends science and nature to meet all your beauty needs and enhance every woman’s natural beauty. Made with the finest active plants, THE FACE SHOP makes enhancing and protecting beauty like second nature.

So let's get on to the product!

THE PROMISE:

Made with tea tree extracts, this toner removes impurities from the skin while ensuring that your spots stay clean and free from bacteria. This'll help them heal quicker and with less scarring for a clear complexion. It also keeps excess sebum under control, making it especially great for our oilier skinned friends.

HOW TO USE:

After cleansing the skin, saturate a cotton pad with the product and wipe onto the face, starting from the center and working your way out.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Tea tree extract - Has antibacterial and astringent properties to repair the skin.

Honey extract - Deeply moisturizes the skin and has anti-aging properties.

Marshmallow root extract - Soothes irritations and calms redness, aids in skin renewal.

Volume/Size: 130ml

Packaging:

The packaging looks nice, it gives the vibe of being "organic" probably because of its color. I like the shape of the bottle, the simplicity of the font and design. It comes in a semi glass/ plastic packaging and has a bronze metallic cap. See bottom of the bottle for the expiration date.

First Impression:

I gave this a try primarily because I'm a k-beauty junkie and because Suzy Bae is advertising this brand. She's one of the most beautiful korean idol/ actress for me. So you kinda get the thought that I mostly buy if I like the person endorsing it. Haha!

Also, its very affordable! I bought this in Althea PH for only 300php (around 6.00$) and I don't really like to spend more than 500php for a toner. So, when my package came, I was very excited to try it!

So I used this toner daily after cleansing my face. The first thing I noticed is that it has a bit of smell of alcohol (doesn't really bother me at all) and it doesn't sting or irritate my skin, which I very much liked! I didn't knew at first that it has tea tree oil extract until I decided to read on this product on the web. To my delight, that means its really gonna help me on my acne problem since I'm breaking out everytime I'm on my period. I used to put some drops of The Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil on my cotton swab along this toner at first (told you I buy because of the endorser! haha!). So now, knowing it already has tea tree oil extracts, means I can save those drops of tea tree oil drops for other stuff.

Conclusion and Final Thoughts:

Since I'm already on my 3rd bottle for this product, means it works for me. Since it works for me, sharing is caring! Here are the things that I liked about this product. I really can't think much of what I didn't like about this one so we'll not dwell on that. FYI, results may vary to different people so I would recommend reading on the product details and ingredients just so you are sure of what you are purchasing.

So, the things I liked are below!

- Helps me treat my acne. Tea tree oil extracts are working!

- Does not smell bad.

- Easy to apply, and helps a bit on controlling oil.

- Does not make me break out.

- Mild on my skin, no irritation and does not sting.

- Helps to get rid of dirt in your face (if your cleansing oil or make up remover is not enough).

- Delivers. You get your money's worth!

I hope this review helps you about this product. Stay pretty and "wander-ful"!
